High-Performance Soccer Program in England
The High Performance Soccer Program in England is a great opportunity for young, competitive outfield players and goalkeepers who would like to spend a few weeks experiencing how different academies carry out their training.
With courses lasting two to four weeks, players will be able to learn from elite soccer coaches and share time and experiences with other aspiring professional soccer players.
The Academies involved in the program are highly regarded in the European soccer training sector and boast thousands of graduates who are a testament to how effective their methods are.

Program Objectives
The program aims to develop the participants’ technique, physique, and understanding of the game to prepare them for the increasingly demanding world of European soccer.
Achieving these goals requires hard work, effort, discipline, and the backing of great coaches who will harness the player’s abilities and make them excel on the pitch like never before.
All of this is carried out by UEFA-licensed coaches and innovative tried and tested learning methodologies from Academies belonging to the elite of European soccer.

Training
The training sessions at this high-performance soccer program in England are very intense, and are an ideal platform to help budding soccer players become familiar with the high demands of professional soccer training.
Players will have physical fitness sessions every day before they start their soccer training sessions, as well as optional English classes to complement their on-field learning.
Morning and afternoon training sessions will cover technical and tactical concepts to help the players understand the game better, with the aim of improving their individual skills and their collective game awareness on the pitch.
They will also have free time to take part in leisure activities in the camp’s ample sporting facilities.
The trainees will receive detailed feedback reports regarding their areas for improvement, outstanding skills, and progress after completing the program.
Finally, the student will receive assessments from each of the academies present, in order to have a more comprehensive view of their current level and achievements.

Coaches
All the coaches are UEFA A and UEFA B licensed, which means that they are approved by the top European soccer body to coach at all levels of football training.
Each of the academies participating in the program applies their own training methodologies, so the players will learn a huge amount from each training session and from every piece of advice that the coaches give them.
Moreover, the training sessions are a multicultural experience, with students from all over the world attending the program to share their culture and passion for soccer.
These academies have produced players of the caliber of Óliver Torres, a professional soccer player who currently plays for Sevilla F.C. in Spain’s first division, after having played for Atlético de Madrid, with loan spells at Villarreal and Oporto.
In addition, Jesse Sekidika, who currently plays for Galatasaray, and Kelvin John, who plays for KRC Genk, have both graduated from one of the training academies participating in this program.

Languages
The program’s training sessions are given in either English or Spanish, depending on the academy taking part, and the day in question.
Interested students may also join optional English classes to improve their communication skills in this language, which is almost a universal language in soccer.

Facilities
This High Performance Soccer program in England offers first-class, professional facilities, to ensure that all participants have the closest possible experience to professional soccer.
The activities are carried out on the premises of Berkhamsted School, a private, safe complex with a wide range of sports facilities and pitches to ensure the players enjoy themselves throughout the program.
In addition, the accommodation is only a few minutes’ walk from the training areas. It’s a very safe walk to the sports facilities and the players’ valuable training time isn’t lost.
Regarding sports facilities, the complex has an 11-a-side natural grass soccer pitch that will be available to coaches for however many sessions they need.
Likewise, it also has an artificial turf pitch and an indoor multi-sports pavilion for other types of activities.
Berkhamsted School boasts an Olympic-size swimming pool, ideal for recovery after some intense daily training sessions.
Besides this, the common areas also have ping pong and billiards tables, televisions, and other leisure facilities for the students to unwind in their free time.
Accommodation
Regarding accommodation, the students will stay in the school’s student residence. It has single, double or triple rooms with a private bathroom.
The players will be provided with breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Meals will follow a balanced diet focused on high sports performance.
As for the rooms, they’re supervised 24 hours a day by qualified personnel trained to provide all the assistance needed.
Prices and dates
Any parents who would like to stay nearby while their children are at the soccer clinic have a number of accommodation options. Berkhamsted is only 35 minutes from London and there are several train routes to take people from one place to another.
They can also choose to stay in Berkhamsted and explore this historic town with a population of less than 20,000. The architecture of the castles and palaces in the area is very attractive and representative of British culture.
